There are many different names you can give a D–cut poly bag. However, there is one simple
name that every supermarket has to use across the shops and stores it operates: D cut. This
refers to the shape of the bag itself. Every supermarket has its own label “cut” which means
that these are rectangular shaped and they differ from the others in terms of color and
patterns, etc. It is also referred to as die–cut. And finally, it is simply called either diag cut or
diagonal cut. So if it is not specified explicitly here, then it is referred to as a diagonally cut poly
bag. On the other hand, each of these shapes is slightly different. For instance; while some are
round–shaped, some are slightly rectangle–shaped. Another thing that might come to mind is
that D cut bag is usually small in size, but they can be anything from medium to large depending
on the type of supermarket where it is sold.
